Text Messaging Terms
Effective September 28, 2026
Last updated September 28, 2026
Monstro team members use text messaging for one-on-one conversations with business contacts. We use it to answer questions, confirm or reschedule meetings, and send material a contact has asked for. These terms apply to text messages you receive from Monstro.
01
How You Opt In
You receive texts from Monstro only if you agree to them. There are three ways to opt in.
Use our contact form: At monstro.com/contact, enter your mobile number and check the box to receive text messages. The box is optional and unchecked by default.
Text us first: If you text a Monstro business number, we will reply to your message.
Tell a Monstro team member in person: During a meeting or at an event, a Monstro team member will ask you: "Is it okay if I text you from my Monstro number to follow up, confirm meetings and send the materials we discuss? Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can text HELP for support and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. You can find our privacy policy at monstro.com/privacy and our terms at monstro.com/sms-terms." We text you only if you say yes.
After you opt in, our first text confirms it. Agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
02
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
03
How to Opt Out or Get Help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one message to confirm, and you will not receive any more texts unless you opt in again by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or email us at info@monstro.com.
04
Your Privacy
We will not share your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can read our Privacy Policy at monstro.com/privacy.
