update on 1001, my new favorite wep/desktop app: it now supports regular updates to both your desktop and your screensaver, which meant that yesterday i was getting constantly changing desktop pics of my pals meg and alaina running the new york marathon, alternating with shots of chihuahuas and an amusing cross-continental banana bread bakeoff. i live in the future!

it's nice here. come visit sometime. we're one of the blue states.

that said, new feature request: only use photos with 2+ megapixels for the desktop photo. cameraphones are nice, but by the time they've stretched out to fill my 15" powerbook's wide screen, they're almost unrecognizable.
